Glass Adult Classes

SESSION 1 REGISTRATION SCHEDULE

All Monday and Tuesday classes will be available to register on Monday, Dec 9 at 8:00am.

All Wednesday and Thursday classes will be available to register on Wednesday, Dec 11 at 8:00am.

All Friday, Saturday, and Sunday classes will be available to register on Friday, Dec 13 at 8:00am.

All Glass Session 1 classes will take place in the Glass studio at Main (3750 Canfield Street).

  • Mosaics Made with Items Found Here, There and Everywhere • Wednesday Dec 4th • 9:00 am - 12:00 pm • $125 • MAIN

    Come and join me for a fun morning of play with a new mosaic techniques that you can complete in one day! We will mix mortar in your choice of color and then attach fun materials to complete our mosaic. Check out a few pictures I've attached of this technique. (First two attachments - labeled thinset images)

    Modern day mosaics can use beads, shells, beer lids, jewelry, broken pottery, slate, glass and pretty much anything else. Come enjoy a morning of creativity using materials the artist-instructor has collected from many locales and feel free to bring your own additions. Everyone will leave with an original mosaic and the skills to make many more.

    All skill levels welcome.

    For ages 16+; Children 8-16 are welcome if accompanied by an adult. Separate registrations need to made for both the adult and the child.

    All supplies will be provided; just come have fun!

  • Mosaic Class • Mondays • Session 1B • Feb 3 - Feb 24 • 9:00 - 12:00pm • $290 • MAIN

    The Mosaic class will teach glass cutting and design placement and includes the grouting of your pieces. All materials are included. Students leave the class with their very own, unique mosaic project to display or use.

    No prior experienced needed.

    Ages: 16+

    All supplies and materials will be provided.
